Rudolf Bester (born July 19, 1983 in Otjiwarongo) is a Namibian football striker who currently plays for Orlando Pirates in the South African Premier Soccer League.
He previously played for Serbian SuperLiga club FK Čukarički Stankom, having joined the team in January 2008 from Eleven Arrows. From 2003 to 2006 he played for Blue Waters where he won the 2004 Namibia Premier League.
He was a part of the Namibian squad at the 2008 African Cup of Nations.
His name is occasionally spelled as Rudolph in some sources.
